This website
This website has no forms, accounts, analytics or advertising. We do not collect personal information through it. Our host, Netlify, may keep technical logs such as IP address to run and secure the site.
Information we collect elsewhere
When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and what you send us. When you apply for a room, we may ask for your name, contact details, a copy of your ID, your guardian's name and phone number, and your student or workplace details. We ask only for what we need.
Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and confirm bookings.
- To manage your stay, rent and records.
- To contact your guardian in an emergency.
- To meet legal duties.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Consent and notice
We tell you what we collect and why at the time we ask for it, and we use it only for that purpose. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. If you are under 18, we need a parent or guardian to agree.
How this website protects your privacy
- No cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- No forms, accounts or sign-ups, so we collect nothing through the site.
- No outside fonts, scripts or embedded maps, so your browser contacts only this site.
- The site uses HTTPS and strict security headers, and sends no referrer information when you click links.
- Our WhatsApp links contain only a short message about the room you asked about, never your personal details.
Who we share it with
Only people who need it to run the hostel, and authorities when the law requires. If we message you on WhatsApp, Meta handles that message under its own policy. Netlify hosts this website and may process technical data outside Pakistan.
How long we keep it
For as long as you stay with us and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounts and legal needs, then we delete or destroy it.
Security
We keep paper and digital records in restricted places, share them only with authorised staff, and use a secure (HTTPS) website with security headers. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or complain. Call or message us on +92 334 5473323, or write to us at the hostel address above. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Applicable law
We operate in Pakistan and follow Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016. Pakistan does not yet have a comprehensive data protection act. We follow the main principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (clear notice, consent, limited use, access and correction, and a complaints contact) as good practice. This policy does not claim that Act applies to us.
